BetMGM making moves
BetMGM is a joint venture between MGM Resorts and GVC Holdings, formed in New Jersey in July 2018. Since then, it has launched online sportsbooks in New Jersey, West Virginia, Nevada, Indiana, and Colorado.
The operator has also started to branch out into the online casino space, launching a platform in West Virginia last month. It already has a presence in New Jersey and plans to roll out similar offerings shortly in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Last week, BetMGM announced a partnership with the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, having already become an official partner of the Detroit Lions and Denver Broncos. The operator also has deals in place with the PGA Tour, MLB, Yahoo Sports, and the NBA.
Another part of BetMGM’s effort to increase brand exposure is the creation of a sports betting show in partnership with VSiN, titled Betting across America. The show will provide detailed analysis of the sports betting industry using live betting data.?
